BANGOR, Wash. (Aug. 17, 2018) Sailors assigned to the Naval Base Kitsap color guard parade the colors during a change of command ceremony for the Gold crew of the Ohio-class ballistic missile submarine USS Nevada (SSBN 733). Cmdr. Edward Fultz, from Three Oaks, Michigan, relieved Cmdr. Gene Severtson, from Spring Lake Park, Minnesota, during the ceremony held at Deterrent Park.
