He was the eldest son of Colonel Henry Villiers, Brother to the first Earl of Jersey, Grandson of Sir Edward Villiers, Bart, of Brookesby Hall. He was not only a good man, but exercised in all those Habits of Virtue that adorn and bless a private life. Happy himself, His Family, Friends, and Acquaintance were happy in him.
