The direct current from the low-tension side of the transformers in the sub-station passesto the low-tension switchboard equipped with instru-ments and switches, and then to the collector rings ofthe 300-kw rotary. From the positive brushes of the rotarvthe current goes to the direct-current feeder panel, passingthrough ammeter and circuit breaker, and it is then con-nected to the trolley line.
