NAVAL AIR FACILITY ATSUGI, Japan (April 29, 2017) Lt. Mike Baluyut, assigned to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 12 Golden Falcons, gives his patch to a visitor at Naval Air Facility (NAF) Atsugi Spring Festival. The open base festival draws crowds in excess of 65,000 visitors each year. NAF Atsugi has hosted open base community friendship events for nearly 30 years as a means to build closer ties and understanding to the communities around the base and all over Japan.
