A delivery van driver was lucky to escape unhurt when a 40ft high tree was blown down in strong winds in Feltham Middlesex. According to eye wistnesses he left his cab moments before the tree crashed through the windscreen where he had been sitting. Three parked cars were also damaged, one totally crushed.
