Worcester, UK. 13th Feb, 2014. The River Severn at Worcester exceeded the record flood levels of 2007 reaching (18ft 7in) on 13 February 2014. The main city centre road bridge has been closed to traffic for several days as a precautionary measure with a shuttle bus operating. A mass of debris, brought on the flow from the upper reaches of the river in Shropshire and Wales, has accumulated against the bridge parapets. Forecasters are predicting more wet and windy weather to come. Credit: Fraser Pithie/Alamy Live News
