Guards at the Afghan National Detention Facility Prison – Parwan welcome Lt. Gen. Ghulam Sakhi, chief of staff for supplies, technology and logistics affairs. A team from Resolute Support toured the prison this week to assess challenges, progress and evaluate next steps.
