New York, USA. 19th April 2016. Guo Shegkun, China's Minister of Public Security, addresses the special session. High-level ministers from Asia's "Golden Triangle" conferred with UN experts on responses to drug production and trafficking in the world's second largest opium-producing region. Delegations from China, Vietnam, Myanmar, Thailand as well as Laos and Cambodia met at UN headquarters in New York as part of a week-long General Assembly special session on the World Drug Problem.
