Type, N. rufiventris. Proboscis fully developed ; palpi upturned to just above vertex of head, tbe 3rd joint minute; antenna? of male with moderate brancbes dilated at extremity and ending in a bristle ; tibias with the spurs moderate. Fore wing with vein 3 from near angle of cell; 4 from angle ; 6 from or from below upper angle ; 7, 8, 9, 10 stalked, or 10 from cell; 11 from cell. Hind wing with the cell very long: vein 2 from towards angle ; 3 and 5 from angle; 4 absent ; 6, 7 from upper angle; 8 sometimes present as an aborted fragment. Sect. T. Fore wing with vein 10 stalked with 7, 8, 9. A. Fore wing with veins 3, 4 stalked, 6 from below angle of cell.
