DOVER, UK: The Admiral Kutnesov with aircraft on board. SPECTACULAR pictures of the daunting Russian carrier fleet as it carefully passed through the English Channel have been captured by a lone British mariner. The pictures show the heavily guarded fleet which include the Russian Submarine Stary Oskol on their way to Syria. The fleet was under the close watch of the Royal Navy and the Norwegian Navy. The pictures were taken by marine researcher, Nigel Scutt who went out of the Dover Marina to get a closer look at the spectacle. Nigel described the event as a day he will never forget.
