In order that the busi-ness of this conventionmight progress with theleast confusion possible,and thus make a fittingsetting for the attainingof the high war serviceideals that are in theplanning for it, all thedetails of the conventionare being worked outwith unusual care. Inthe issue of the Journalof Electricity for March IS, 1918, on page 308, was setforth a complete resume of the papers to be presentedand full details of the duties of those who have theconvention in charge. There has been mailed to each member of theassociation full instructions concerning the purchaseof tickets, the reservation of hotel accommodations,and other matters connected with hotel and trans-portation.
