Abandoned mud village of Tanuf, Oman

Tanuf is a locality in the Sultanate of Oman, located on the plateau side, at the foot of Jebel Akhdar between Al Hamra and Nizwa, in the north of the Ad-Dākhilīyah region. It consists of the partially ruined old village, popular with tourists, and a more modern part linked to the presence of a bottling plant for mineral water.
