The Amazon Prime logo is seen on their website on Friday, January 31, 2014. The company announced that it would be raising the price of its $79 annual Prime shipping scheme. Prime has an estimated 25 million subscribers who get deliveries in two days. Although the last quarters revenue was up 20 percent from 2012 the increase did not meet Wall Street expectations, hence the additional income form a boost in the Prime service rate. (© Richard B.
