Looking up the mast at the sails as a sailboat runs downwind
A wide angle shot taken from the deck of a 40ft (12m) sailboat looking up at the mast and including the mainsail, forestay and part of the jib. The boat is running downwind and the wind is broad on the beam. The windspeed is about 15 knots apparent and th boatspeed is about 7 knots. The mast is made of aluminum and painted white.
