MEDITERRANEAN SEA (Dec. 28, 2016) The on-scene hose team leader, Damage Controlman 3rd Class James Budd from Terre Haute, Ind., communicates with his hose team during a general quarters drill aboard the guided-missile cruiser USS Monterey (CG 61). Monterey, deployed as part of the Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group, is conducting naval operations in the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of national security interests in Europe.
