Lahore, Pakistan. 01st Feb, 2018. A view of the rare “Super Blue Blood Moon” sighted in the provincial capital. The moon was 14 percent bigger and 30 percent brighter. A partial eclipse started in Pakistan at 3:51 pm. However, the total lunar eclipse started at 5:52 pm which lasted till 7:08 pm. Sky watchers were hoping for a rare lunar eclipse that combines three unusual events: a blue moon, a super moon and a total eclipse which was to make for a large crimson moon viewable in many corners of the globe.
