Army officers with the 19th Expeditionary Sustainment Command and newly commissioned 2nd Lieutenants with the Republic of Korea Army take a moment for a group photo at the Korean Army Academy at Yeongcheon Feb. 28, 2019 at Yeongcheon, Republic of Korea. The Forces Korea Good Neighbor Program has helped to facilitate the 19th ESC partnering with the academy since 2013 to mutually develop junior and mid-level leaders in both Armies through shared understanding. Specific areas of exchange activities include Cultural Exchange, Operational Planning, Weapons Training, and First Aid.
