The drift ice in the Sea of Okhotsk in Hokkaido Japan Asia

In the Sea of Okhotsk, off Hokkaido, the winds are bitterly cold and the temperature is severe, often falling ten degrees below Celsius. In early February, drifting ice floes float from the Amur River in Russia to the Seas of Okhotsk. Utoro Port is the southernmost point in the Northern Hemisphere where ice floes of substantial size can be seen.
