The fully double, stiff- textured, quilled flowers are 3^2 to 5 inches across and are borne singly or in loose clusters on strong, stiff stems. Suntan shade overlaid with rose. Strong, 30-inch plants bear their blooms from late August until killing freezes. A truly hardy, early-blooming Rayonante type Mum has been much desired, and thus this variety, the first in that category, is sure to be popular.
