Letter from Charles I to his nephew, Prince Maurice, 20th September 1645. Letter written from Newtown by King Charles I to his nephew, Prince Maurice, written after the disgrace of the latter's brother, Prince Rupert, in consequence of the surrender of Bristol (10th September) assuring him of his continued good opinion and of his belief that Rupert's error was due to no change of affection.
