Mario Massacci, “Air Boss” for Italian aircraft carrier ITS Cavour (CVH 550), looks out over the flight deck from flight control , or FLYCO, March 10, 2021. Massacci works closely with embarked F-35 Patuxent River Integrated Test Force personnel during sea trials with the F-35B. The Italian Navy flagship is entering the second week of the first phase of its “Ready for Operations” campaign.
