Students enrolled in the 4960th Multi-Functional Training Brigade (Total Army School System) conducted scenerio-based leadership training on a virtual battlespace system during a new pilot Army Medical Department Advanced Leader Course Phase II held at Fort Shafter Flats, Hawaii, October 30 - November 12, 2016. The system is a flexible simulation training solution for scenario training and mission rehearsal.
