Monoclonal antibody fragment. Molecular model of the antigen-binding fragment (Fab) of the monoclonal antibody cetuximab. Cetuximab is a chemotherapy drug, used to treat metastatic colon cancer. It acts by inhibiting epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), therefore blocking the signals that tell the cancer cells to grow and divide.
