An oblong pedestal, the corners of which are bevelled and show protruding quadrangles, is supported by tortoises below each corner. Its front is decorated with ovoidal medallions. They are conneted by festoons. Eagles carrying garlands in their beaks stnad upon the corners. In the center is a base shaped like an entablature, upside down. In front of each side of teh base is to be a circle, with the figure, representing the seasons at the upper side of the pedetal.
