The Falcon Air Meet is a friendly competition centered on the F-16 Fighting Falcon. F-16 units came from Jordan, the UAE and the US Air Force’s 20th Fighter Wing, Shaw Air Force Base, SC. Additional participants included a Mirage unit from Pakistan and a US Navy F-18 unit from the USS Harry S. Truman. All were competing in the fifth annual event hosted by Jordan and the Royal Jordanian Air Force.
