Maj. Gen. John P. Sullivan, commanding general, 1st Theater Sustainment Command, presents the Legion of Merit to Col. John Dreska, director of the Counter-ISIS Training and Equipment Fund Team, 311th Expeditionary Sustainment Command during an award ceremony held Jan. 4, 2021 at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. Dreska’s hard work allowed Iraqi Security Forces to receive key enablers to provide security for their own country.
