North Korean pharmaceutical factory. Ikonos satellite image of the Ranam Pharmaceutical Factory in Chongjin, in the north east of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. The factory is reported to produce heroin and methamphetamine for the North Korean government. These drugs are reportedly sold for American dollars to lessen the country's trade deficit.
