WHITE BEACH, Japan (June 8, 2022) Sailors assigned to Commander, Fleet Activities Okinawa participate in discussions June 8 at White Beach Naval Facility with Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force sailors assigned to Sub Area Activity Okinawa as part of a Bi-lateral Leadership Course. The course was designed to foster relationships and understanding between the Navy in Japan and their host nation counterparts. CFAO maintains and operates facilities to support the Navy’s naval and aviation assets in the Indo-Pacific region.
