DEVESELU, Romania (March 28, 2018) Logistics Specialist 1st Class Todd Lenoble, assigned to Naval Support Facility Deveselu, raises the ensign during an observance for the 50th anniversary of the Vietnam War. NSF Deveselu and AAMDS Romania are co-located with the Romanian 99th Military Base and play a key role in ballistic missile defense in Eastern Europe.
