GRAFENWOEHR, Germany – Army Sergeant Jacob Widgren, an Expert Field Medical Badge (EFMB) candidate, applies an intravenous transfusion to a simulated casualty during the demonstration portion of a Army Europe EFMB evaluation in Grafenwoehr, Germany on March 22, 2017. Approximately 215 military members from the Army and ten European partner nations attended this biannual evaluation in hopes of achieving the coveted Army EFMB.
