In a review of one hundred cases of caicinoma of the uterus, occurring inmy wards at the Johns Hopkins Hospital, eight cases were associated withmyomata, one case with epithelioma, one case with adeno-carcinoma of the cer-vix, and six cases with adeno-carcinoma of the body. The fundus is converted into amass of myomatous nodules while the entire lower segment of the uterus has been replaced by carcinomatousvegetations. There are metastases in the inguinal glands as lai^e as an egg. The disease e.\tends throughthe broad ligaments to the bladder; metastases also e.\ist in the mesenteric, retro-peritoneal, and bronchialglands, as well as in the lungs, pleura, and serosa of the intestines.
