MEDITERRANEAN SEA (Dec. 13, 2016) Petty Officer 3rd Class Chiquita Parrish signals to an F/A-18F Super Hornet assigned to the Fighting Swordsmen of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 32 on the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) (Ike). Ike, currently deployed as part of the Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group, is conducting naval operations in the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of national security interests in Europe.
