Kennecott, Alaska - The power plant for the Kennecott copper mill, photographed from the concentration mill, in Wrangell-St. Elias National Park. Copper was mined and milled here from 1911 to 1938. Most of the buildings are now part of the national park. In the valley below is the Kennicott glacier, for which the company was named.
