INDIAN OCEAN (March 16, 2019) Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Mercedez Swencki, from Pittsburgh, gets sprayed with oleoresin capsicum spray during the non-lethal weapons portion of a security reaction force basic training aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Preble (DDG 88). Preble is deployed to the 7th Fleet area of operations in support of security and stability in the Indo-Pacific region.
