Male pores difficult to recognize with the naked eye. No genital papillae either near the spermathecal or male pares. First dorsal pore in XIl/XIII. Gizzard in Vili, IX ; intestine beginning in XV, with 5 pairs of cœea decreasing in length towards the ventrum in XXVII, the longest of which reach segment XXV. Thickened septa V/VI—VI/VII and X/XI—XII/X1II ; septa VIII/IX, IX/X wanting. Spermathecœ two pairs, in VII, VIII ; main \ sac pyriform ; diverticulum consisting, like the main sac, of a thin-walled sac-like portion and a thick-walled duct. Two whitish " capsulogenaus glands " close to each sperma- thecal opening, similar in shape to those of P. Hilgendorfi Mich. (fig. 12). Sperm reservoir in XI, XII. Ovary and ovisac very large, lying close to the ventral wall. No prostate gland.
