221008-N-HP061-1004 PATTAYA, Thailand (Oct. 8, 2022) Sailors from Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76) and Royal Canadian Navy (RCN) Halifax-class frigate HMCS Winnipeg (FFH 338) participate in a tug-of-war competition during a community relations event at the Child Development and Protection Center in Pattaya, Thailand during a port visit, Oct. 8. Higgins is assigned to Commander, Task Force 71/Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy’s largest forward-deployed DESRON and the 7th fleet’s principal surface force.
