GREAT LAKES, Il. (May 02, 2017) Cmdr. Jorge Toso, Chilean Navy, and Cmdr. Felipe Imamura, Brazilian Navy, try on gas masks during a foreign officers tour at the USS Chief, firefighting recruit trainer, May 2, at Recruit Training Command. The visit included four senior foreign liaison members from Fleet Forces Command who toured RTC and Training Support Center over a three-day period. The officers were representing the Mexican, Brazilian, Chilean, and Peruvian navies. About 30,000-40,000 recruits graduate annually from the Navy's only boot camp.
