MIHAIL KOGALNICEANU, Romania—Two Air Force C-130s standby to receive M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems from the 1st Battalion, 77th Field Artillery Regiment, 41st Field Artillery Brigade here, April 10. The 41st FAB partnered with the Air Force to deploy two HIMARS from Germany to the Romanian Coast during the training exercise. Rapidly deploying the HIMARS is integral component in deterring aggression in the Black Sea region while simultaneously ensuring the capability of a swift response if needed.
