Rene Zayan (1947-2014), French psychologist, conducting a survey on recognition of human sexuality from facial features. Zayan is holding a card with a double female sign, representing female same-sex relationships. Zayan obtained his doctorate in psychology in 1974, and worked on ethology, comparative psychology, animal psychology, general psychology, and political psychology. He worked at the Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium. The last year of his career were spent working on sexual attraction. He was scientific advisor for the award-winning documentary film 'From kiss to baby' (2005). Photographed in 2012.
