Human mammary gland, light micrograph. There are several lobules (TDLUs) showing acini and specialized stromal cells. Note that the connective tissue stroma is beginning to show collagen fibres, a sign of breast fibrosis. The intralobular stroma contains fine collagen fibres and some adipocytes.
