Artist Clare Twomey hands out 2,000 hand-made inscribed ceramic spoons on Westminster Bridge, London, as part of her 'Humanity in our Hands' project, marking Holocaust Memorial Day 2016. Twomey's work forms part of the Memory Makers project, pairing survivors of genocide with a range of artists to create commemorative works of art.
