Spad 11 A2, equipped with a Hispano 235 engine, was used for Corps d'Armee observation work during World War One. It had a speed of 112 miles at 6500 feet, and could climb to 16500 feet in 32 minutes. It had an endurance of 2 hours and 15 minutes at ground consumption. The aircraft was armed with one stationary gun and two flexible guns. The crew consisted of one pilot and one observer. The equipment onboard included a radio and a camera.
