MONTEREY, Ca. (Mar. 30, 2018) Asst. Secretary of the Navy, Robert Woods delivers the commencement address for the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) Winter Quarter Graduation ceremony in King Auditorium, March 30. NPS honored 250 graduates representing every branch of the military, as well as Department of Defense civilians and 95 international students from 15 nations. The NPS mission is to provide relevant and unique advanced education and research programs to increase the combat effectiveness of commissioned officers of the Naval Service to enhance the security of the United States.
