Chinese people walking through urban side streets of old Canton While the world may be familiar with China s products it is through these streets that flow her soul Outside of the overcrowded busses which no one is happy to ride and from the modern subways to and back from the hard and stressful days at work it is through these streets that relaxation and escape fills the body with each step While the forests of this part of the country were gone for hundreds of years now you can take man out of the forest and forest not out of the man Throughout these side streets which wind through so many unknown locations urban dwellers and children can enjoy the freedom of each step While many children within this city have never stepped forward in a forest at all if you wanted to describe the feeling you feel beneath your feet you may want to ask them to feel think about the feeling they get as the wander home through the alleys Humanities forests paths have left us so long ago and yet the spirit still remains even when its found here in the side streets of Canton China
