Bournemouth, Dorset, UK 21 May 2016. A tall mobile crane, the size of 10 stacked double decker buses, is being used to remove lifts at East Cliff, as abseilers release the lifts despite the wet rainy weather. Once removed the remaining debris, from the landslide on 24th April that destroyed toilet block and damaged lifts, can be removed. Work to remove the debris and make the area safe is scheduled to be completed in time for the Bournemouth Wheels Festival on 3-5 June where large crowds are expected on East Cliff for the event. © Carolyn Jenkins/Alamy Live News
