HOUSTON – (March 25, 2017) Navy Career Counselor 1st Class Marshall Ellsworth, a volunteer from Navy Recruiting District Houston, grades students participating in the 2017 regional SeaPerch competition held at Manvel High School, Sat., March 25. More than 40 recruiters teamed up with Navy City Outreach Southwest to help execute the event in which seven total teams advanced to the national SeaPerch competition where they will compete for scholarships.
