A dagger of the Imperial Volunteer Automobile Corps, manufactured by Pack & Ohliger, ca. 1912 The long ridged blade richly etched with trophies and scrolling leaves, the reverse of the ricasso with the stamped smith's mark and the manufacturer's signature " & Co." for Pack & Ohlinger, Solingen. Chased, silvered bronze fittings, the pommel in the shape of a German imperial crown, the crossguard with applied gilt car horn. Brown leather scabbard with nickel silver fittings all numbered "12".
