Service members who participated in the "Filthy 5K" are hosed down, courtesy of the 376th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron fire department, at Transit Center at Manas, Kyrgyzstan, Sept. 29, 2013. The funds raised during the event were used to support the Transit Center Combined Federal Campaign goal of $50,000.
