The American White-fronted—sometimes, in California, called GrayGoose—was fairly common, but not so abundant as the combined numbers,of three races of Branta canadensis — butchinsi, occidentalis and was the commonest form, and we secured a good negative of five: AMERICAN WHITE-FRONTED
