It should be borne in mind that thesestockholders and partners were engaged in managing identicalestablishments in each of the years named; that is, the changeswhich have been noted, took place in 1893 within the samegroup of establishments. The final analysis table relating to the subject of partnersand stockholders exhibits the efiect of the chano-e from theprivate firm to the corporation upon the number of partners inthe aggregate and in the average : Private firms, Partners, Average number of partners to a private firm, .
